Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I'd say normal cookies, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I'm very quite in love. And if chocolate chips have been thrown into the mix? OMG!
Plus they just require 15 minutes to create and also clock in at around 60 calories a cookie. YES!
This really isn't a recipe. It's me telling you to mix two things together for sweet satisfaction you don't need to feel guilty about.
For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Just all natural substances.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (utilize GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think that they're a fantastic breakfast (or healthful treat!) For all those you are. That's unless you are allergic to bananas or oats. Sorry!
The possibilities are endless with those little bites! Try adding in some of the following to make it your own:

2 large bananas, mashed
If wanted you can add in some of the following:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped almonds, almond or pecans
Put ginger in blender or food processor and blend until oats become the consistency of bread; it is okay if it is not absolutely soil.
In large bowl blended mashed banana with oats till smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your chosen add in; I used dark chocolate chips and a tsp of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; sew a bit using a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Cookies will keep in a covered container for a few days, or they may be frozen and reheated. Makes about 16 biscuits.
